Aramid is one of the most heat and tear resistant materials in the world. It is woven from fibers of light carbon origin. It is a material whose tear and heat resistance strength is better than the same amount of steel. It is often used in industries where high protection performance is required, such as heavy industry, military equipment or extreme sports.

The worst surprise for riders is drift. During this time, the temperature which can rise above 400°C can cause severe damage to our body. After motorcycle accidents, lot’s of damage to our body can be repaired and after a while it can reach its former performance. But unfortunately, the burn is not like that. The burning area cannot be repaired, it can only be covered with a piece taken from the butt. The heat generated when we drift at a speed of 70 km / h melts an ordinary fabric in less than 2 seconds. Since our drift time at this speed is 4-10 seconds, think about what could happen.     We cover the friction zones of our products with German-made Hakanit® Aramid fabric. Thanks to this fabric, we make our products resistant to heat and tearing. Aramid Hakanit® is technically a very high-end material, but because it consist of steel fibers, it can cause irritation or smell directly on body contact. That’s why we get the highest level of comfort by covering this material with cotton or mesh lining.
