We understand that ordering clothing online requires a certain amount of guess work. We try to help as much as we can by providing ample sizing information.
After receiving and trying our gears, if you wish to return it, firstly, please contact us within 10 days via e-mail to get return form. Followingly, you can return the product(s) as long as the it has not been used, washed or damaged; just like in new condition. Return shipping should be arranged and paid by your side. It is advisable to make the return shipment with tracking code since the lost products during return can not be refunded.
You can return the products for no reason to show. If you would like to change it for a different size, colour or model, you have to make a return and then a new order.
Refunds will be done, only if return conditions are fully covered, within 7~10 working days following to return product delivered to us. Please read article “D. Conditions and methods for returning the products.” in terms and conditions for more details and contact us if you have further questions.
