General Conditions of Sale (GCS) consist of contractual terms that apply solely to purchases of products manufactured by “Riderdenim® Motosiklet San. Tic. A.Ş.”, through riderdenim online shopping store.

It is mandatory for customers, who will use the riderdenim website to purchase advertised products, to read and understand the GCS articles.

A- Contract and delivery of the products

A.1 The purchase of products on riderdenim is completed by placing an order by the Customer and involves the conclusion of a purchase and sale contract with the Seller governed by these GCS.

A.2 The Customer, after choosing the product(s), proceeding to checkout area and registering required personal data, by clicking on the “pay” button, can make binding purchase orders relating to the products has been placed in the online shopping cart.

A.3 Customer will be informed for confirmation of the order by Seller via email after order is completed.

A.4 The Customer will pay the price as soon as the order confirmation is received and in any case within the following 3 days.

A.5 The products supplied remain property of the Seller until full payment of the amount indicated in the order made by the Customer.

A.6. The Seller assumes no responsibility if the products covered by the order are not available for reasons that do not depend on the will of the Seller himself; in this case, the Seller will have no obligation to deliver the ordered products to the Customer and will refund any sums already paid by the Customer.

A.7 During delivery time calculation for an order, “working days” refers to Monday to Friday; Saturdays, Sundays and other holidays should not be considered.

B. Order amount, shipping address, time and cost

B.1 All prices of the products advertised on riderdenim are exclusive of VAT and net of transport costs.

B.2 The Customer is required to pay the total amount indicated in the order summary (including price and shipping costs) which can be seen on checkout page before ordering the purchase.

B.3 Shipping costs are shown in the order summary and also invoiced to the Customer.

B.4 The orders will be delivered from Turkey(Turkiye) to all around the world by DHL express courier.

B.5 Refer to article “B.4”; Customer may be liable for taxes & duties at the destination country according to custom regulations there.

B.6 The shipment takes place, barring unforeseen circumstances, within 1 working day and total shipment time takes 2-5 working days. Any delays on shipment process will be communicated to the Customer, but such circumstance will not give Customer the right to cancel the order.

B.7 When the shipment is received, Customer is responsibility to ensure: that the package is intact, not damaged, not opened and in any case conforms to the standard characteristics of a package; that the number of packages indicated on the waybill corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered.

C. Payments

C.1 The Seller accepts the following payment methods:
– by credit card or debit card (through Iyzico payment system).

C.2 Bank or card usage costs (e.g. commissions) or other costs related to payments made are charged to the Customer.

C.3 In the event of a purchase made by credit card, the charge will take place at the time of completion of the order.

C.4 The sales invoices is issued by the Seller exclusively in electronic format.

C.5 The Customer agrees to receive invoices and credits exclusively in electronic format.

D. Conditions and methods for returning the products.

D.1 The Customer who wants to return the products should contact with Seller, via e-mail, and describe the reasons of the return.

D.2 The Customer is obliged to inform the Seller for a return, within 10 days from the day on which shipment is delivered to the Customer. The Customer should arrange the return shipment within another 10 days from the day on approval of Seller.

D.3 The products must be returned correctly packaged in proper packaging, not damaged or soiled condition, equipped with any accessories, instructions for use and documentation.

D.4 The returned products must not have been used by the Customer (in particular for motorbike trips); the only permitted use being that of proof of wearability; in general, the products must be in a state that allows them to be resold as new.

D.5 The products must also be provided with the transport document (present in the package), in order to allow the Seller to identify the Customer (order number, name, surname and address).

D.6 If the returned product does not comply with the provisions of the previous articles of “D” section, the withdrawal will not be effective, with the consequent right of the Seller to definitively retain total or partial collected price.

D.7 It is mandatory to send the return by courier with tracked shipping. Any loss of the returned product will not allow a refund.

D.8 The costs of the return shipment, all kind of costs for proper packaging any other return costs are the expenses belong to the Customer.

D.9 The financial charges and bank commissions relating to the management of the payment (Credit Card or Debit Card) are charged by the customer, and the seller reimburse won’t case.
